Noah, a 19-year-old who goes to college in Illinois, uses sports betting to keep up with his friends from high school. The expansion of legal sports betting in the US has fueled a widespread culture of gambling on college campuses, as savvy students find betting alternatives and workarounds for age limits and state restrictions.
